Led by Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen), the Autobots are searching for the AllSpark, a powerful energy source that can bring life to machines. However, the Decepticons, led by Megatron, will stop at nothing to claim the AllSpark for themselves.
As the battle for the AllSpark intensifies, Sam teams up with his crush Mikaela (Megan Fox) and the Autobots to save the world from destruction.
